Brad’s clients benefit from a depth of experience and finesse few real estate agents, if any, can match. After graduating from the University of Chicago Law School, Brad practiced commercial real estate and corporate law for many years before deciding to open up his own real estate brokerage in 1994. After successfully building an expansive practice, his brokerage ultimately joined Compass Real Estate.
An accomplished artist, designer, and developer in his own right, Brad offers his clients a multi-faceted approach; Brad’s clients benefit from his background, love of Chicago, strong appreciation of the business and legal sides of real estate, and his uncanny sense for good design and architecture. When it comes to exceptional one-of-a-kind properties, Brad can capture and convey the essence of each home and what makes it special. With this unique perspective, Brad and his team can package and market a property with the single goal of maximizing a client’s return.
Brad and his family live in an 1893 George W. Maher house, renovated with a modern sensibility. Brad is involved in politics on a local and national level, and he has served on the boards of numerous human rights organizations.

Originally from Seattle where he earned a reputation for his market savvy, steadfast client care, and an attention to detail, Jim joined forces with Brad Lippitz when he moved to Chicago ten years ago - and together with complimentary talents, they proved to be a formidable force, diligently assisting both sellers and buyers through every step of the process. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Jim offers a depth of insight and knowledge which are invaluable to the group’s clients. In addition to Illinois, Jim maintains his license in Washington, often assisting and referring buyers and sellers moving cross-country.

Raised on the North Shore and now a native Chicagoan with a passion for real estate, design, and architecture, Brittany prides herself on being "in the know" with real estate trends and being on the cusp of the market. Focusing on both city and the North Shore suburbs, Brittany has a strong connection to neighborhoods including the West Loop, Bucktown, Wicker Park/Ukrainian Village, River North, Lincoln Park, & Lakeview. With an appreciation for all types of properties, there is nothing Brittany wouldn't do to help identify the perfect property for her buyer. As a Senior Broker of the Brad Lippitz Group, Brittany is an integral part of team and works alongside with Brad on many projects and transactions. A former teacher with a master's degree in education, Brittany takes pride in educating her clients about the home buying and selling process and making sure clients feel knowledgeable and enlightened along the way. Yoni has lived in Chicago for over 30 years and is a longtime member of the Brad Lippitz Group. With an economics degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an MBA in marketing and operations from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Yoni was a small business owner for 20 years, while also managing numerous real estate projects he and Brad Lippitz have developed over the past 15 years. Also active with local, state and national politics, Yoni is a passionate and prominent member of Chicago’s LGBTQ community. With his husband of almost 30 years, Brad Lippitz, he raises their 2 boys Max and Jack. The Pizer-Lippitz family lives in one of their personal development projects in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood. Their home, a historic George W. Maher 1893 Victorian, was featured in Chicago Home Magazine.

A life-long Chicagoan and born into a long line of realtors, Maria studied Public Relations and Marketing at Columbia College of Chicago before beginning her own real estate career. With over a decade of corporate and real estate experience, Maria prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with her clients and to make sure they feel comfortable with what may be their largest personal transaction. Maria - who is also fluent in Spanish - brings enthusiasm and an amazing skill set to the Brad Lippitz Group, and she has proven to be a valuable member of the team. With vast knowledge of the City’s neighborhoods and suburbs, Maria offers her clients a depth of insight into the market conditions of each area.

Growing up around real estate her entire life, Jamie’s love for the business began at a young age. She possesses a strong skill set in sales, marketing, real estate and interior design that has brought her continued success in her career. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in business, Jamie worked for a prominent commercial real estate developer, launched experiential brand marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, contributed to a personalized clothing service start-up that was acquired by Nordstrom for $450M and provided full-service residential interior design services to clients nationwide.

Utilizing her broad business acumen and passion for homes, it was a natural transition into the real estate industry. Jamie takes pride in her ability to develop compelling marketing strategies and provide strategic negotiating skills to get the best price when representing both buyers and sellers. She handles each transaction with a professional yet personal approach which results in a seamless, enjoyable process for all involved.
