About Bracken Foster

Bracken is a Midwestern guy with Midwestern hospitality & values who believes in linking Integrity with action. He enjoys working with clients from buyers searching for their first home to luxury clients searching for their $1 million-plus home.

Heavily influenced by his extensive background in the hospitality industry and years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Bracken believes in creating positive and lasting experiences for everyone he encounters. A strong believer in expanding his skills, he earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) professional designation to enhance his work with buyers and believes in using a well-rounded marketing strategy for his work with sellers. He has a 10-step communication guarantee for clients and a detailed plan of action for sellers.

Originally from Appleton, Wisconsin, Bracken attended Kendall College in Chicago where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. He resides in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago and is a member of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Outside of real estate, Bracken enjoys running and has completed two Chicago marathons. He also teaches spin classes and loves traveling and playing outdoors with his Beagle.
